Abstract: OTS amended 12 CFR 560.210 to conform it to changes to parallel provisions of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System's Regulation Z, Truth-in-Lending. Savings associations are permitted to provide either a statement that periodic rates may substantially increase or decrease (together with the maximum interest rate and payment amount based on a $10,000 loan amount) or a 15-year historical example of interest rates and payments based on a $10,000 loan amount.
