Abstract: The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and its implementing regulations at 34 CFR 361 and 363 require each of the 82 State vocational rehabilitaiton agencies to submit a 3-year State plan for vocational rehabilitation services and a supplement to the plan for supported employment services. Program funding is contingent on departmental approval of the plan and its supplement.
