Sources shall apply for approval of construction/modifications and notify EPA of anticipated/actual startup and emission test dates. Test results shall be reported. Sources choosing to meet ambient standards must report on sampling site methods, continuously monitor ambient concentrations, and report monthly. All others must report changes which may increase emissions. Records shall be retained for 2 years.
