Abstract: A survey to collect on-site data for a supplemental environmental impact statement associated with Cal Black Memorial Airport, San Juan County, Utah. A survey will be conducted of airport users and a survey will be conducted of vistors to public lands surrounding the airport. The surveys are scheduled for 2 weeks beginning Memorial Day weekend. The estimated response burden is 5-15 minutes per respondent.
