Terms of Clearance: OMB has approved this request for a limited time period. HUD failed to provide a complete set of information collection instruments for which reinstatement of approval was requested. HUD failed to supplement the request when the deficiency was noted by OMB. The inadequacy of the reqest was discussed with Wayne Eddins as well as other HUD staff. Its next request for extension of approval must comprehensively cover all information collection instruments including any regulatory text for which approval is needed.
