Abstract: Eligible applicants (IHAs), tribes, and tribally designated housing entities (TDHEs) will submit a 5- or 1-year housing plan for grant funding under the Act. The IH block grant formula will be used to allocate equitably and fairly the funds. HUD monitors grant recipients by annual performance reports, on-site reviews, and audits.
