Terms of Clearance: The FCC agrees to withdraw this collection and work with OMB to improve the survey instrument. OMB will provide copies of the Resource Manual for Customer Surveys and the draft Implementing Guidance for the Paperwork Reduction Act. The latter contains guidance on developing generic surveys. OMB will provide additional comments on the survey in an email to the Paperwork Clearance Official (Judy Boley).

Abstract: This survey is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and to guarantee that the Federal Communications Commission's National Call Center is providing quality service. Uses: Data will be collected to calculate time waiting; if caller was given complete and responsive information to their inquiry or complaint; if caller had to make repetitive calls to obtain information; how the caller rated the service they received; how they obtained the Call Center phone number; and if the caller received courteous service.
