Abstract: Section 73.1350 requires licensees of broadcast stations to notify the Commission whenever a transmission system control point is established at a location other than the main studio or transmitter. The data is used by FCC staff to maintain operating information regarding licensees used in the event that FCC field staff needs to contact station about interference.
