Abstract: The Termination Liability Schedule would permit offers on contracts for the Information Technology Fund to submit a schedule of cancellation charges. Use of Termination Liability provisions, a standard industry practice, equalizes the interconnects competitive position relative to the carriers, saving money and increasing competition.
