In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and 5 CFR Part 1320, this
information collection is cleared for a period of two years. Upon
resubmission of the package, the agency shall address the use of
information technology to reduce the burden for producers and
warehouse operators. The agency will also provide the names of at
least three persons whom they contacted for consultation on the
burden imposed by the information collection. Furthermore, the
agency will report on the ramifications of the Customer Service
Center Initiatives, the Common Computing Environment and the Paper
Reduction Initiative for the collection.

The Secretary of Agriculture is
authorized to make loans available to eligible producers on
eligible commodities. Producers are required to meet certain
eligibility requirements to ensure the integrity of the program so
that only eligible producers receive loans.
