Abstract: This request concerns previously approved information collection requirements related to the proposed clause at 252.245-7XXX, Demilitarization and Trade Security Controls. Paragraph (b) of the clause requires, for items that were furnished to the contractor by the Government, the contractor to enter demilitarization codes in the item description on inventory schedules that report excess Government property requiring demilitarization and/or trade security controls and, for other excess Government property, the contractor to assign and enter demilitarization codes in the item description on inventory.
