Abstract: FERC-597A is a generic clearance for pretests/pilot studies, surveys, and questionnaires to be conducted on the electronic submission of data and for the evaluation of the Commission's services on the industries it regulates. Surveys/studies will include electronic transmission of data, telephone and mail interviews used to improve the Commission's data processes, information, financial, and management systems.
