requirements are created by a lack of available data concerning a
vast majority of companies that comprise the intercity bus
industry. Additional information as to the size and business mix of
the industry is essential in the development of the regulatory
assessment in support of the final rulemaking by the Department of
Transportation concerning accessibility on intercity buses. This
rulemaking is mandated under the ADA.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
