Abstract: Recommendations 8 and 9 of the Civil Rights Action Team (CRAT) Report detail the responsibility of the Accountability Division (AD) to collect data and to measure USDA's program delivery, procurement, export, and business development activities to women. This survey effort is the first AD project directed toward the data collection and measurement responsibilities described in these recommendations. The audience is a protected class under title VI and 60 percent international and 40 percent domestic.
