Persons who have received Certificates
of Exemptions under the Endangered Species Act to allow them to
dispose of inventories of endangered species parts held in
inventories before 1976 must provide certain information to any
person who buys any of those items. The purchaser must submit a
report on the purchase within 30 days unless the part is for that
person's own consumption or personal use.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
