Abstract: The objective of this project is to assess the status of Technology Reinvestment Project (TRP), document successes and failures, adapt performance measurements for use as Government Performance Results Act (GPRA) metrics, derive lessons learned for future dual-use technology, and help develop education and training materials. Respondents will be TRP consortia members including for-profit businesses, defense contractors, and universities.
