This information collection is approved for three years. In the next submittal, FERC should discuss what changes in the confidentiality of business information are appropriate to promote competition within the increasingly competitive wholesale market. In doing so, FERC should consult with EIA and RUS to provide as consistent a treatment as possible in the confidentiality of information across the wholesale market.
