The BLM proposed to use voluntary
customer comment cards to identify: Service needs of customer;
strengths and weakness of service; ideas or suggestions for
improvement of services from our customers; barriers to achieving
customer service standards; and changes to customer service
standards. Cards will be available for general customers with
specific programmatic cards in the following areas: Rights-of-way;
lands management transaction; recreational permittees; mining claim
recordation; oil and gas leases; information access center;
recreational and educational users; and grazing permits and
leases.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
