Abstract: THE BLM HAS A LARGE AND DIVERSE CUSTOMER BASE THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMER SURVEYS AND FOCUS GROUPS WILL BE USED TO MEASURE SERVICE GAPS IN PROGRAMMATIC AREAS TO ESTABLISH BASELINE PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, FORM BASIS FOR REENGINEERING OF SERVICE DELIVERY PROCESSES, AND SERVE TO ESTABLISH NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS AS REQUIRED BY E.O. 12862.
