Reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection

consistent with the following terms: Consistent with DOL's memo to
OMB included in the approval request submission, OMB grants a one
year clearance of the ETA 90-2 and draft handbook while DOL works
with FEMA to revise the forms. As part of that revision effort, DOL
will continue their efforts to increase the electronic reporting of
this form which is currently at 40%.

Unemployment compensation claims,
financial management, and data on disaster unemployment assistance
(DUA) activity are needed for timely program evaluation necessary
for competent administration of sections 410 and 423 of the Act.
Workload items are also used with fiscal reports to estimate the
cost of administering the Act.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
