Approved as
amended by DOL's memo and revisions submitted to OMB on 7/31/98 and
8/4/98. Also, following the implementation of the participant
survey, DOL will report to OMB on whether the self-assessment
questions (Q1a-h) yielded useful information, can be empirically
correlated with other objective measures. Further, DOL will
continue to explore whether there are alternate and more
reliable/valid methods for obtaining information on participant
learning progress than post-program self assessment questions.
