Abstract: The data collection proposed under this request is included in proposed regulations that would implement section 673(h) of IDEA, which requires that individuals who receive a scholarship through personnel preparation projects funded under the Act to subsequently provide special education and related services to children with disabilities (or for leadership personnel, work in areas related to their preparation) for a period of 2 years for every year for which assistance was received.
