Abstract: This standard requires owners and operators of coal preparation plants to keep records and make reports to the Administrator. The records and reports enable the Administrator to determine the best demonstrated control technology is installed and properly operated and maintained. Ten percent of the industry uses thermal driers and therefore have to use CEM.
