Terms of Clearance: This request has been withdrawn by Wayne Eddins of HUD. HUD will prepare a new supporting statement addressing the areas identified in the instructions for preparation of this portion of a request for OMB apporoval. Agencies are required to provide a complete supporting statement so that OMB may determine whether an agency's request meets the criteria for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act. HUD was notified of the inadquacy of its submission on September 8 but but failed to amend the submission on a timely basis. OMB expects HUD to resubmit this request and no further solicitation of public comment is required. .
