Abstract: This collection requests revenue information from non-rural local exchange carriers and holding companies of non-rural local exchange carriers. The revenue information will be used to calculate the revenue benchmarks that are part of the Federal methdology for determining the amount of high cost support eligible non-rural carriers will receive beginning July 1, 1999.
