Information will be collected from
college and university applicants seeking grant support under the
USDA Graduate Fellowships Program. It includes a description of the
fellow's proposed plan of study and research and the institutions'
academic and research competencies, faculty vitae, a budget, and
other relevant information. Forms are designed to assist the
applicant in preparing the proposal and to facilitate peer review
evaluation of the proposal.
