Abstract: This information is necessary to monitor the catch of participants in the pacific halibut and sablefish fixed gear fisheries in and off Alaska to ensure that quotas are not exceeded and that only authorized persons purchase and hold individual fishing quota. The respondents will be individual fishing quota holders or their hired skippers.
