Extension without change of a currently approved collection
DFARS part 239 prescribes policies and
procedures for security and privacy of computer systems,
acquisition of information technology by DoD contractors, and
acquisition of telecommunications services. Respondents are DoD
contractors providing information necessary to protect sensitive
information and to ensure that DoD pays reasonable prices for
telecommunications services and special construction associated
with telecommunications requirements.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
