This is a follow-up study of a group of persons who, as 10 year old children, were part of an earlier study of a group of conditions referred to as developmental disabilities. These conditions include mental retardation, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, and vision impairment. The purpose of the present data collection effort is to characterize, through structured in-person interviews, the present-day status of these young adults in terms of health status, living arrangements, socialization, employment, quality of life, service utilization, and independence.
