Abstract: This information is needed to meet the data collection requirements imposed by amendments to the Social Security Act by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA) and the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 for the Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF) program. The information will be used to calculate work participation rates required by PRWORA required annual report to Congress, and enable us to carry out our financial management and oversight responsibilities.
