Advance Planning Document (ADP) and Advance Planning Document Updates (APDUs) must be submitted by a State that is developing and implementing a Statewide computerized support enforcement system (CSES) and approved by OCSE under Federal law in order for the State to receive Federal funding for systems development. Also, the State must develop procedures in accordance with Federal law to implement systems security and confidentiality requirements. In addition, by the deadline(s) specified in Federal law, the State must submit State plan amendments which indicated that the CSES meets Federal requirements.
