As part of the biennial review, the
Commission is required to review its regulations applicable to
providers of telecommunications services to determine whether its
regulations are no longer in the public interest due to meaningful
economic competition between providers of such services and whether
such regulations should be repealed or modified. In the attached
NPRM, the Commission proposes as part of the biennial review to
reduce the burden reporting requirements of its ARMIS reports.
These modifications will reduce the reporting burdens on carriers,
improve the quality....
