Abstract: ERS will collect information from sponsoring organizations, participating child care homes, parents of children cared for by participating homes, and homes that have dropped out of the Child and Adult Care Food Program to measure the effects of the new meal reimbursement tiering on those groups. Findings will be reported to the Administration, USDA, and the Congress in a report mandated by Public Law 104-193.
