Terms of Clearance: OMB is filing comment on this collection. OMB has concerns with the burden and utility of this collection. OMB is particularly interested in determining whether the public has comments on the utility of unspecified national data sets, the use of provider data and population estimates, variables used to assess the IPCS score, data used to calculate poverty percentages, the definition of rational service areas, and the overall burden estimate. HRSA shall specifically address any comments received on these and other issues related to the information collection requirements in the preamble to the final rule.
