Information is collected to determine
whether an individual is entitled to compensation under the
Radiation Exposure Compensation Act, 42 U.S.C. 2210 note (1994).
Applicants include individuals who resided near the Nevada test
site; former underground uranium miners; and individuals who
participated onsite in an atmospheric nuclear test.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
