Abstract: These programs are authorized by the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act of 1936, as amended (ACP); the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978 (ECP); and the Food Security Act of 1985 as extended under the 1990 Act (CRP). The forms indicated in item 8 are used for program participation purposes. These various forms are contracts with the producers, extension requests to complete cost-share practices, and to request assistance and certify completion in order to receive payments.
