Baseline data on economic, social, and
cultural contributions of livestock ownership among Forest Service
grazing permittees in northern New Mexico will help the Forest
Service administer grazing permits more effectively. Grazing
permittees on the Espanola Ranger District, Santa Fe National
Forest, and the Conjilon Ranger District, Carson National Forest,
will be queried.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
