This information
collection is approved for a full three years. During that time,
however, EIA has agreed to examine two issues. First, EIA will
determine if this information should be collected from
cogenerators, exempt wholesale generators, and merchant power
plants. Second, EIA shall revisit the issues surrounding
confidentiality of the information. EIA will report the findings of
this review to OMB at the time of the next submittal.
