Abstract: Section 73.3538 requires broadcast station licensees to file informal applications to: Specify new AM station directional antenna field monitoring point used by FCC staff in monitoring activities and to modify or discontinue the obstruction marking or lighting of antenna supporting structure. Data used by FCC staff to establish monitoring point and to ensure that there is no menace to air navigation.
