OMB had to
reenter a change worksheet that was dated October 15, 1998 because
OMB did not process it correctly. The FCC shall revise the
Paperwork Reduction Act/Privacy statement in the instructions to
reflect the new format agreed to by OMB and FCC. This includes the
statement that the public does not have to complete an information
collection that lacks a currently valid OMB control number. FCC
also has permission to add the TIN number provided appropriate
modifications are made to the FCC 600. FCC should also add guidance
regarding use of electronic signatures on forms filed
electronically. The FCC has permission to use an edition date vice
an expiration date.
