Abstract: Vessels participating in Antarctic fisheries must display the vessel's official identification number or international radio call sign in three locations. The information is used for enforcement purposes. The authority for this requirement comes from the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Management and Conservation Act and the Antarctic Marine Living Resources Convention Act of 1984.
