This ICR is approved in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Agency has informed OMB that Municipal Solid Waste(MSW) Landfills will not be subject to collections of information under this ICR. Burden estimates have been reduced from those contained in the submitted package in order to reflect the agency's request to omit MSW collections from this ICR.
