Terms of Clearance: Approved,subject to the following terms of clearance: Any results of the study (whether published or informal) will include a disclaimer that contains, at a minimum, the following information: (a) the results and conclusions of this study are not nationally representative; (b) this is an exploratory study of six "hub" airports, the main purposes of which are to assess the efficacy of the survey instrument in soliciting information on adults traveling with infants and children under the age of two. The study results could not be used to support policy changes, in the absence of follow-on efforts that would contain an adequate survey design (including use of a random sample of airports, a random sample of travelers, and a response rate of at least 80%) that would make the results generalizable to the po pulation of interest.
