Abstract: Incumbent LECs that want to recover their carrier-specific number portability costs must file tariffs and cost support with the Commission for Federal end-user charges. These tariffs and cost support must detail both the nature and specific amount of those carrier-specific costs that are directly related to number portability and those carrier-specific costs that are not directly related to number portability.
