Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by and consistent with NSF's memo to OMB of 2/10/99. Consistent with the 2/10 memo, NSF will complete the transition to the new race/ethnicity classification for subsequent survey rounds for the SDR. Also, in the next submission of this package NSF will update OMB on its initiative to allow respondents to reply to the questionnaires over the web.
