Abstract: Grants to States to enable States to cover part or all of the cost of advanced placement test fees to low-income individuals. When applicable, funds can be used for activities related to maintaining the enrollment of low-income students in advanced placement courses and for increasing the number of such courses. This collection falls under the streamlined process, 1890-0001.
