Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by and consistent with ED's memos and revisions to OMB of 3/17/99 and 3/25/99. In addition, any future approval request that seeks to update the number of children with disabilities that are incarcerated, will contain a proposed strategy for future studies to look at the links between incarcerated youth with disabilities, quality of special ed services provided, and outcomes for these youth. This survey is approved under the title, *National Survey to Determine the Prevalence of Incarcerated Juveniles and Youth with Disabilities.*
