Abstract: U.S. EPA's New England Region office, in conjunction with participating States, and in some cases, local agencies, is developing a third-party certification system for environmental performance as part of its Star Track program. Participants in Star Track will develop, demonstrate, and/or test compliance tools and principles associated with third-party certification of environmental performance.
