Abstract: Housing Agencies (HAs), owners, and agents will provide information to HUD concerning the resolution of tenant income discrepancies that affect assisted housing tenants' rental contributions (and HUD subsidies). By regulation, HUD will implement sanctions to assure that participants will fully report their income and reduce over-payments by HUD.
