This clause is used in solicitations
and contracts for the acquisition of non-personal health care
services. It requires the offeror, at the request of the
contracting officer, prior to award, to provide evidence of
insurability and the contractor, after award, to provide evidence
of insurance. Needed to insure that the contractor has adequate
insurance coverage.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
